What is Obesity?
Obesity is a term that refers to people who are very overweight and have a much higher degree of body fat. There are a number of ways a person’s weight can be assessed. The most widely used method is the body mass index. The body mass index (BMI) is your weight in kilograms divided by your height in metres squared.
